5. Appointment to the Board of Education:
– The Democratic Town Committee last week nominated Theresa Pineau to the seat vacated by Mark Baldwin. Pineau ran in the 2009 election.

6. Town Council Budget Building
– Chairman Santogatta solicited advice from other Councilmen on whether or not Councilmembers should use iPads at meetings. This would enable them to view documents and other reports in electronic form rather than paper. Councilman Michael Bokon requested that this issue be placed on the agenda.

7. Discussion & Possible Action on Elected Officials Salaries

8. Discussion & Possible Action Regarding Authorization for Mayor to
Sign on to Heating Oil & Diesel Contract with the Board of Education
for FY 2011-2012
– there is generally an open period of time that both the Town Council and BOE need to lock in a rate. We only suspect that because of rapidly climbing prices they did so early.

Sign Gasoline Contract for FY 2011-2012
